The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments for NIFLA v. Bercerra on March 20th; the first major women's rights case to be heard since the confirmation of Justice Neil Gorsuch. In this case, the court will be hearing arguments in support of fake women's health centers. These centers exist in all 50 states and prey on women at a vulnerable moment in their lives by using deceptive advertising, misleading websites, and a variety of other dishonest tactics to lure women in as they are seeking information about their full range of healthcare options.
