This will be a peaceful and inclusive event focused on supporting one another and presenting our personal stories and needs in a tangible and unavoidable way.
Ultimately, our greatest hope for change is to relate as individuals and join forces across all divides.
On Saturday there will also be a Protest to directly oppose recent measures and address the oppressive cost of medical care.
Both will be very important events.
Come prepared to support one another and share your story whether in spoken word, written word, or by simply representing. Signs are welcome. Our goal is to make this PERSONAL and to send a clear message to our Congressmen that we are real people; that they have betrayed our trust and lost our votes!
Postcards will be available and will be delivered directly to Congressman Amash and Congressman Huizenga, or may be taken and mailed.
Volunteers needed, as well as donations for securing permits, audio visual equipment, and supplies.
