On March 17th, we will be holding a divestment demonstration at Bank of America, to show them that their investments in the Sabal Trail Pipeline and their predatory practices-including underwriting many problematic bonds which has brought Puerto Rico into an economic crisis.
We invite you to join us at the demonstration and to invite others who are Bank of America clients to pull their money from the bank and close their accounts on this day. We will support you and guide you through this process, as well as provide information on local credit unions, and other local banks that do not have investments in dirty fossil fuels.
