Our mission is to ensure LGBT people can be open, honest and safe at home, at work and in the community in the Mountain State. Fairness West Virginia is the statewide civil rights advocacy organization dedicated to the fair and equal treatment of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender West Virginians. We have an affiliated PAC, Fairness Action, which can be found on Facebook and at www.fairnessaction.com.
