Stand with Refugees Yard Sale

Refugee and Immigration Services is the official refugee resettlement agency in Mid-MIssouri. Each year RIS resettles an average of 137 refugees, with the majority being resettled in Columbia. 

Part of the reception and placement services provided by RIS is to secure housing and fully furnish the homes for new refugees. We currently have a surplus of donations, so we are selling a wide array of items to raise money for our monetary donation fund. All proceeds raised at the yard sale will go directly to our refugee resettlement donation fund. This money helps to pay for things such as rent, utilities, childcare, transportation, and other necessary expenses.
