Join us for a discussion on Central Iowa's changing demographics and how we can ensure we're not leaving any groups behind. We will have a speaker on the issues followed by roundtable discussions on Iowa's Untapped Treasures. These untapped treasures are groups who have higher unemployment rates than Iowans as a whole and include:

- People who have Disabilities
- People who are Homeless
- People who are Black/African American
- People who are Transgender
- People who are Prior Offenders
- People who are Refugees
