On March 24, the kids and families of March For Our Lives will take to the streets of Washington DC to demand that their lives and safety become a priority and that we end gun violence and mass shootings in our schools today.

Call or come to the YWCA – 717-334-9171 – to register for this event. Nonrefundable payment is due when you reserve a seat. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card.
The YWCA is sponsoring a bus to this event. It will depart at 7 AM from the YWCA parking lot to go to Washington, DC. Participants should plan to board the bus to return to Gettysburg at 4:45 PM. The bus will leave DC at 5 PM and should be back in Gettysburg by 7 PM. For those of you who have gone on our bus trips to DC before, the procedure will be the same. For those who are joining us for the first time, once we get off the bus, you are on your own. Usually there are small groups/clusters of people you can join if you are a single person or if you prefer to go with others. All minors need to be accompanied by an adult.
There are 45 seats and a bathroom on the bus.
