Join us as, Erin Polley, our Indiana program coordinator talks about her recent trip to Gaza.

AFSC's Erin Polley will share reflections from her recent trip to the Gaza strip to visit AFSC staff and programs and learn about the current conditions for Gazans living under 10+years of the Israeli blockade. She will discuss the current reconcilation of governing bodies in Gaza and the West Bank and what that means for the future of Gaza.

Erin Polley is the Program Coordinator for the Indiana Peacebuilding Program. She has been involved with AFSC’s work to address war and militarism since 2003, when she started with the organization as a volunteer. She has worked on such projects as the widely acclaimed "Eyes Wide Open" exhibit, "Windows and Mirrors: Reflections on the War in Afghanistan" and has done local organizing work in Chicago and Indianapolis.

In her capacity as program coordinator, she works with students, activists and people of faith in Indiana, challenging militarism and violence in the U.S. and Israel-Palestine.

We will be meeting in the Krannert room, on the second floor. Light refreshments will be provided.
