Organizers: Our Revolution - Evansville
We are planning an Evansville event for the evening of Monday July 24th in conjunction with Millions Marching for Medicare for ALL events across the nation. We will only hold a march if the event reaches 300+ planned attendees, and we are still working to determine speakers and where to hold our evening meeting.
If we do march, we may start the march outside Congressman Larry Buschon's office, and invite him to speak to the crowd about the high cost of medical care. If we decide not to march, we will hold our event in a single location and start a bit later.
What we DO know: your stories and your struggles matter! You aren't the only one who can't decide whether to pay for healthcare or to pay for the roof over your head and groceries. You aren't the only one who was forced to make a life or death decision, but still owes thousands of dollars.
