9th Annual Gala Celebration

We hosted our first Gala celebration in 2010 to commemorate the momentous Iowa Supreme Court decision (Varnum v. Brien) legalizing same-sex marriage. Since that celebration of Iowa's legacy of equality, we have continued to celebrate our successes as we advance equality for LGBTQ people.

One Iowa's 9th Annual Gala Celebration will include dinner, live music, silent and live auctions, and an awards ceremony honoring the work our state's advocates for LGBTQ equality have accomplished this year.

All proceeds from the Gala support One Iowa's mission to preserve and advance equality for LGBTQ Iowans through grassroots efforts and education.
